About Us

Wine and cheese have been around for centuries dating well before Christ. It is also a market that is always evolving, much due to technology, philosophy, and simply people becoming more interested in the market. A wine will be different tomorrow than it was yesterday, whether due to the wine itself, or to other outside variables. We are here not only to cater to those that enjoy wine and cheese, but also to educate and learn more about this ever evolving culture. Oh, and not to mention that wine and cheese are meant to have fun with; and yes, we have plenty of fun here! Why else would we be doing this?

It is our focus to specialize in small production, boutique style wines and cheeses from around the world. We will have fifty or so cheeses priced by the pound in your traditional cheese shop fashion. We pre-make "Courtyard Plates" and "Courtyard Tasters" changing the three featured cheeses daily. However, if you see three cheeses that interest you and give us a couple minutes, we will custom design any combination available. We will also be available for private parties in the courtyard, as well as preparing party size cheese spreads and sunset baskets for take out. As for the wines, we also want to be a specialty shop, which means carrying wines that you will not find at your local grocery store. If we don't have something in stock that our customer would like and we can get it, we will certainly order it.

Finally, we just want our customers to be as relaxed as possible; after all, most are on vacation. The entire courtyard and tasting room is WIFI compatible, so please bring your laptops if you desire. We also have frequent live music; please inquire as the schedule does change throughout the year. So, come take a load off, totally relax and/or learn something you may not have known here in our tropical New Orleans style Courtyard. Eat, drink, and live life happy!
