Private Events

We are available for private events throughout the year. Please read the following conditions and then give us a call and ask for Bryan to continue booking your event. The courtyard section of our establishment seats up to 32 comfortably and stands around 50 comfortably. If your party consists of more than 50, we require booking not only the courtyard, but also the bar area as well (see below for more info). We cannot accommodate more than 75 persons, and advise that once the 65 person mark is exceeded it may get uncomfortable for you and your guests.

***Courtyard Wine and Cheese carries a $525 Party Site Fee for usage of the courtyard and a $750 Party Site Fee for usage of the entire establishment (courtyard and bar). The Party Site Fee consists of closing the selected portion of the establishment for the event. It is a base fee for the use of that area during the times of the event. This fee is to be paid in the form of a deposit by the person or persons responsible for the event. If the event is to be canceled it must be done so 10 or more days before the event date, or the deposit (Party Site Fee) is non-refundable.

***The remainder of the payment due for the event is to be made at the conclusion of the event. This will include all the wine/beer/cheese/etc. consumed during the event. A service charge of $100 or 20% of the amount due (whichever is greater) will be automatically added at the time of payment.

***Courtyard Wine and Cheese is an open-air establishment. The risk of rain or other weather issues lies with those who are responsible for the event. We at Courtyard will work with you to assure your event is as comfortable as possible if bad weather persists. If the person or persons responsible for the event choose to cancel due to weather, only a 50% refund of the deposit (Party Site Fee) will be given. This is due simply because of our costs in preparation for the event.
